REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via chat or, at sparrowandhue@outlook.com. Prior to reaching out, we encourage you to review the following Refunds/Returns Policy.

 

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:
Being that the majority of our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a defect in the product, an error occurred during the customization process, or product received damage during shipping.

 

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items:
Original Art and Original Art Merchandise are unique products. Returns or exchanges of such products arenot supported if the order was made incorrectly or if the purchases has remorse. However, in case of a damaged Original Art Merchandise product, Sparrow & Hue will offer a few reprint or refund if contacted within 15 days of product delivery. Original Art is non-refundable/non-returnable without Board review.

 

Custom-made products that do not have any defects, errors, or damage are not eligible for refunds or returns.


We cannot accept returns based on personal preference or incorrect size selection.
      

Defects, Errors, or Shipping Damage:
If your product has a manufacturing defect, errors, or arrives with damage, please contact our customer service within 5 business days of receiving the product. We will require clear photographs of the defect or damage for assessment.

 

In case of customization errors made by us, such as incorrect embroidery or color, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. Supporting photographs will be required for verification.
      

Return Process:
Upon approval of a refund/return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s). Please make sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

 

The product(s) being returned must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
      

Options:
For defective products, we will offer a full refund.


In the case of customization errors, we will offer a partial refund or, to refund the full purchase amount at no additional cost. We will review options with you.

Restocking Fees:

In certain circumstances, a restocking fee may be charged depending on the reasoning for the return. For questions about restocking fees, please contact us.

 

Refunds:

If a refund or return is approved due to a defect, errors, or damage, you may return the product to our office.

 

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Please note your banking and credit card institution may require additional days to process and post transactions to your account which may take up to 2 weeks for your credit to be acknowledged.
